During the mating season of the Pyroraptor, the males' skin tone changes from green and orange, to a light brownish peach and red. to become more noticeable. To impress the females, the males give them a free meal, usually stolen from smaller animals bullied into giving it away. If the female approves, then both the male and female are paired for life.Related content
