I was looking for another picture and came across this. This drawing is based on my copyrighted original photograph of Trent taken on 11/9/08. Perhaps you were unaware of where the underlying image came from? I generally don't mind if people use my images as inspiration although I do want to be asked in advance so that I can properly document the usage. Deviantart has a copyright policy located here. Cuz he had never come to Colombia and the past year seems like he is... there was a tour date in the official nin's page, but a month before of concert, he canceled it... and the Brazil date too...
