Description
This is the Nine of Swords. I did this recently when experiencing a major upheaval in my life. I don't really want to get too deeply into it here, but it was extremely painful. This is the sister piece to this [link]Instead of heavy winds blowing headway onto me in The Willow Branch, there were swords. Bad news.

Your transition from silhouette to highlighted swords is flawlessly done - the way the rabbit's ribs are showing adds a very grotesque and painful element to the story, here. It speaks to me of long-time suffering.

This is very beautiful, in a horrific, gruesome kind of way. I especially like/am repulsed by the expression on the rabbit's face, it's very fitting. As always, your colours are magnificent, and the composition is very skillful.

I love the emotion of this piece, even without the artist comments, it's obvious it's a very emotional piece for you. I think what I find most interesting, and enjoy the most, is that there is no gore to this--just pure emotion. It's striking and probably something I'll think about for the next few hours to come.

Incredibly affecting work. The Nine of Swords is a grim card, and this image is as powerful as any tarot I've seen. Any significance in the ten moths?

This leaves a significant emotional impact on me. Excellent work as always.
I am still hoping to get a ride to see you work in person. I am homebound, so going out is a really big deal. My parents are coming to visit in a few weeks, so I think it will happen then. I really look forward to it. I will also finally be taken to see the new Harry potter movie. I only get to see one or two moves a year. It totally sucks being so dependent on others.
