Knowing how to draw realistically is the base of any good artist.
But drawing realistically isn't learnt by training, it's a scholar study of the human body.
You will need to draw many naked people with an anatomical encyclopedia on your lap. As it's hard to really understand the structure and composition of a body with all the skin hiding each muscles.
It's an expensive book so i borrowed it from my library but it really was what helped me build all of my understanding of human anatomy (along with some personal experiment mainly composed of me moving my limbs in public and looking at them with a careful eye as the others around me ask themselves if i'm crazy or not).
Its name is The Anatomical Encyclopedia of Netter.
Trully a wonderful piece of knowledge but i guess any muscle shematics you can come across only will also do the trick.
