Description

So, I’ve finished the core force of Flesh Eaters that I started a couple of months ago, and I’ve finally got the assembled together for a group shot. This is the core of the 4th Company of Flesh Eaters.

Since I planned and built the force from a narrative perspective, and not to a points limit, it turns out to be 1459pts and 88PL. At least in 8th. Who knows what that will turn out to be in 9th?

But I am so happy with this army as it is. It is the first time I’ve planned and built such an army from scratch, and never before in just a couple of months! I started my first Flesh Eater on the 2nd May, so this project has been almost exactly two months in length!

There will be next steps and additions to this force over time and since they’re a severely depleted chapter, being short on numbers, I can totally see me finishing the 4th company, and perhaps even the whole chapter one day!

But today is not that day. I’m shifting focus to a new army as the main one that I’m working on, but I’m sure you’ll see the odd Flesh Eater unit being added here and there over time.

What is my new army I hear you ask? Well you’ll just have to wait a few days and all will start to become clear!
