Why he bears such a title is quite the most conspicuous characteristic amongst that chaotic cluster of nightmarish creatures.This was an enjoyable and time-consuming piece. I believe it took me a total of a month's worth of days, and only an hour and a half per those days. Oh yes, definitely not a speedy drawing secession, let me tell you.
All pen of course, only used pencil to draft out the skeleton structure and concept appendages, though, those aren't there anymore. My hand constantly cramped through all those twists and turns on the details, but it was well worth it.
The variety of Parasitic definitely expanded since the last time I drew them. In fact, some of my old concept designs from last year's submitions were incorporated into this, but of course I added some newer ones too. The hands are most certainly new, as well as the Freddy Kruegar claws and other misshapened armor and weapons on Lucifer. Concerning Lucifer... he didn't undergo that much. Probably around the hair and body. He almost looks older than he really should be. Heh heh... I like the overall finalization, though.
This was certainly a time where what I saw in my imagination and transferred to paper exactly. I'm quite proud of this piece.

That's probably so because I realize just how demonic his powers really are, and I like to display that to the best my skills can create. Or I just enjoy drawing him better.
The time was certainly worth the final result. I'm happy it pleased you with its detail and quantity. Honestly, it's a nice change from passed works of him.

Yes, there's plenty of style in this one, and I was pretty anal with the detail. I'm still touching up on the focal point (Lucifer). Though, drawing the hellish creatures behind and around him went almost instinctively. Of course, I still see some minor mess-ups, but I hardly doubt anyone else may notice. Thank you though, and may this creepy imagery of mine continue to make even better pieces in the future.

Much more, if I were able to learn how to animate his combat moves. Then, would he be limited to how badassy he could become. Haha.
Well you can very well make something of equal quality, if you merely expand on how long you start and end a new drawing. I typically treat my drawings like a art project, as I already do through art courses in school, and the result is usually something like this, or at least around this much detail. Honestly, though, it's never like this through every new drawing I make. I'm still a amateur, when compared to the other extarordinary artists here and outside of DA.

Well, at least you can muster the patience to work on a single project for weeks on end. If I can muster 6 hours to make an overly -detailed referenced pic, like many of my recent anime drawings are, I consider myself VERY lucky.
Also, I never really took art class. Arts and crafts was the most I got and I sucked at it back then. Till this day, I can still draw well from references, but drawing something by memory without practice is almost always nigh-impossible for me).

Ha ha! That's pretty pessimistic of you, but I understand your dismay. There's been others who've said the same, those who could and couldn't draw. It all comes from one's own personality, so I can see our differences in patience.
It's true that you can greatly improve through a teacher's aid, but I've self-taught a lot of what I draw now, it's just my art classes that've set the boundraries to what helps and doesn't helps my artwork. You dont need to be some artsy know-it-all to draw excellently, but just someone who has a better intuition to the arts in general. After all, skill varies from person to person, but this doesn't stop the progression of it.

It's fuckin' awesome, mad'am. 8C Haha. But yes, it's surprised me how little my style has changed since September, while my quantity has greatly expanded. I only need now is to work on more realism for my porfolio. Though, that may prove difficult, why, with my lack of exposure to drawing it...
