Daz3D / PhotoshopI'm currently pulling a portfolio of work together, and I always liked this image so I wanted to revisit it and apply all the stuff I have learned since I first created it.
I changed the lighting so it be more dramatic, and used 3 spotlights to highlight some areas that fell into shadow. New hair was added (the last looked a bit flat) some of the material were tweaked and the render settings were altered for bloom etc. The original can be found at this link if you want to see the difference: keeping-it-neil.deviantart.com…
The image was balanced in Photoshop, where the flare was also added.

I really appreciate the neo-future style you have for the world you built! It looks more realistic and aesthetically pleasing than a lot of the generic-looking designs in media nowadays. I especially love the design for the counter hunter because her role precedes her appearance, so she looks tough but still feminine because of her hair color. A lot of time and effort put in this picture, and we can definitely see it pay off

Pretty much promo quality here. Can't think of any way to improve it. Just outstanding. Looking at the other version, yes this is a nice improvement. The muted colors reduce distraction and the lighting on her face bring out the glare expression. Also the harsher shadows are more appropriate for the tension. Good thinking.
