An adoptable I got from here!: kookiekitty2.deviantart.com/arβ¦His name is Drizzle, a strange cat-like creature with rain powers. He's normally very friendly, and can make a nice short drizzle happen in dry areas (but only a few feet around him!). However, if he gets angry or needs to fight, he can change into storm mode, where his fur gets lightning marks, and it downpours around him so his fur looks drenched. In that mode he can use some electricity powers, but can't control them well. This is one of the more fun adopts I've gotten to think of things for!
