Cecil is a rather friendly guy, a total dork that's socially awkward, but friendly non the less. He's an only child and had a rather nice happy childhood with his parents (which is a rarity for OC's). He still lives with his parents (in their basement with the washing machine/drier), even though he's 25 years old. Despite his young age he managed to borrow the money to open up his own shop. A comic/gaming/hobby shop by the name of the 'Natural 20' (a very nerdy D&D reference). Because he's a fellow nerd he knew the best part of town to open shop, and thus his business became pretty successful. He's nerd though and through, spending a lot of time in his shop where he DMs weekly RPG games, but also can be seen LARPing on the weekends with his other nerd friends. He's not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, and makes friends with people he shouldn't be hanging around with, but he's a nice kind boy that only wants people around him to be happy.

Keke is Cecil's pet Madagascar hissing cockroach. He got her after he found her in a supermarket instead of a pet store. It turns out she hitched a ride into the country in a banana crate, and ended up there. The store workers wanted to squish her, but Cecil instead took her home with him, where he keeps her as a pet. She thinks her master is very strange and weird, but adores him all the same. She hangs out in his shop where she hides in the comics and hisses at people who try to shoplift.
