I was going through my old comics and i stumbled upon my Sonic the Hedgehog issue #90and I remembered...I wanted to draw Mina.
If I recall she could move as fast as Sonic but thts all I know of her because sadly thts where I stopped reading Sonic comics.

Believe her first appearance was in issue 76, although if you want to get technical some early prototype appeared as far back as issue 52 in a sub-story.
