This is just amazing, the colors, the composition, the subject matter, it's just perfect! This is probably my favorite piece of art I have ever seen here on DA. I will be buying this print in a few weeks. A DD that is truly deserved!!!

Well, the two are as different as day and night, to be sure, but I think they are both beautiful in their own way, and you do a preternatural job of representing the creatures in an ethereal format. For some reason I think of the background less as celestial manifestations, and more as a sort of aura surrounding the creatures.... Though thinking of time and space blossoming into new colors and shapes with the presence of these "god-birds" is another fun concept to consider...

More simply, I love ravens and hummingbirds both, appreciating both their appearence and their quirky behaviors I believe I must favorite this, and even make it my desktop image for a good long time. I think you made a masterpiece with this one... though without seeing the rest of your work, perhaps this is mundane for you, I dunno.:> Regardless, you should be proud.
