Princess Celestia diagnosed this horse with whacked out poo brain five minutes ago.I don't draw fanart often, but I must admit I have fallen quite in love with the misadventures of the Ice King.
He's so hopelessly tragic, and watching his love life is like a harem anime gone horribly wrong. XD

I always found it sadly hilarious, Ice King could take over the world easy, has resistance to death big enough to survive a nuclear holocaust and still be kicking a thousand years after, can flash freeze anything and anyone when serious without them having the time to even react and has enough knowledge about and magical trinkets themselves to be truly devastating force. Yet he spends his immortal days playing/fighting with 13 year old boy and his dog and kidnapping princesses.
Of course the first thing he would do in pony-verse is to go after Princess Celestia and any other living or dead thing that has the word princess in the name
At first I wanted to say that a wizard that is ex-human going after a magical subspecies of horse is a bit disturbing, but when you think about half of those princesses he was after, he tried for worse...
