Playing around with the layouts... I think this looks kinda dynamic but almost... plain? Like there's too much white space and it would have looked better if it was one of the flashback scenes where the in between panel area was all black...
But I do like how the movement turned out.
Also, this chapter is almost over, so it won't be as short as chapter one, but it probably won't be as long as chapter two, either.

Try to work with bigger panels and arrange them accordingly. Treat 'em like interactive movie screens. Use that space to show detail. Get people immersed in your created world. Know what I mean?

The layout was good, if the white is bothering you, try switching it to black. It will make your panels pop and have the background not be as loud

No because is is a background for all panels, that is within the panel, You could even highlight that one with a warped white effect to look more dreamy if you wanted to. Play around with it
