" It is said that four riders will bring the final destruction to the world. Forgotten legend, old wives tales, I am not sure anymore...All started some years ago, a heavy armored knight brought armies to their knees. Those who didn't succumbed to his weapon and survived the carnage died, some days later, in horrible conditions, an incurable diseas ripping flesh, bones ... and souls.
Only a girl survived an encounter with the dark knight, she witness her mentor being torn to his very soul, forced to reveal secrets through death.
At first I didn't pay attention, it was just another being looking for honnor and glory in the League of Legends, it's not like we now have gods from distant worlds as champions .
But, years later, another rampage took place in the west lands of Valoran. An ethereal warrior haunting a colossal armor, a master of war, even complet Demacian military detachments got pounded without mercy by this one single monster. As the last one, he finally claimed his place as a League of Legends champion once reaching the Institut of War.
The last ethereal is probably the worst, even if their common goal seems to be souls harvesting for unkown reasons, the chain warden is specialised in this practice. I was chocked to hear about the demise of Senna, a respected templar. Today, her husband is hunting this Soul Reaper on the fields of Justice to free his beloved wife and restore the light in Valoran ...
However, I'm afraid that a fate much darker awaits us. Something that even the great leaders of the Institut of War will not be able to quench.
If another ethereal writes in his trail of horror, despair and destruction through the grounds of Valoran, it will be the last, and the end of us.

Yeah I also heard that famine is not appropriate for nowadays anymore and was renamed corruption or something like that.

Nah, The difference between those 3 and the other Shadow Isles champions is that we know nothing of their living life.Β
Another common point is that they have no form, none knows what is under Mordekaiser's armor, as Hecarim and Thresh are not made of flesh.
Famine could be Fiddlestick, but I doubt that

aah, point taken then. O: since Karthus exposes abit of a more human-like feature(like his skeletal figure), it shows his origins..
Well.. it is possible.. since his crows show a significance to crop infestation but sadly Fiddlesticks is not from the Shadow Isles(although I wish that's where his birthright is like Nocturne's)

Aaaah they changed Fiddle's story, I didn't noticed. Before there were rumors about him comming from the shadow isles, but completly unkown origins.
About Karthus, they changed it too, before it was a crazy mage who played too much mith magic during the rune war, now its about a guy obsessed by death who gave himself to the shadow isles and got reborn as a Lich ... dafuq xDΒ

No no, it's still the same, with the 20 years stuck in his chamber and Istvaan. I just said I wished he was a part of Shadow Isles. We really don't know where Fiddles origins were. But yeah.. Fiddles is fit for Shadow Isles, home of the unearthly creatures that lurk within it.
Although I just hope Fiddles won't change his lore that would have affiliations with Freljord.. just like what they did to Trundle.. -_-;;
I didn't know he was that before. O_O I just read his obsession for death. But seriously, I prefer the PREVIOUS story of Karthus you told me. Its fitting for him, because giving yourself up just to be some mythical monster and study more of death sounds too cliche. x'D

Aw dammit, I hit Send by mistake...
Anyway, yeah, I love what you did for Hecarim's helmet, though! Your four-eye designs never fail to fit together smoothly like that...and bonus points in this case, since Hecarim's canon helmet has always been my one complaint about his design.^^
Also, disregard my previous comment, I just thought Mordekaiser's pose there reminded me of something else recently...turns out that might have just been me.
...I never thought of the three of them in this light, though.
Following from this, it means the next one might be Famine...

Yeah I re-used the first Hecarim concept art, the helmet was pretty badass compared to now. Hecarim is still my favourite champion design in the League of Legends tho, my next will probably be Ao-Shin, I'm just way more interested in non-humanoΓ―d champions
Famine is not Cho', he's from the Nether realm, like Kog'maw and Kha'zix. They're not from the shadow Isles, but The Nether is in fact another one of the most direct threat to Valoran

I know that feeling...though to be honest, in my case it's more characters like Viktor, Mordekaiser, or Full Metal Jayce...

I don't know why, but I've always liked the combination of masked/full-facehelmed and armor. (On that note, I'mma just add, again, your profile pic rocks. XD )
Guess I prefer steel and armor to flesh and bone, I guess?
It's why I love the Fullmetal and Battlecast skins so much...though I wish Full Metal Pantheon actually looked as good as his character art. TT^TT
And Battlecast Cho is FANTASTIC.
...oh right, I forgot the theme was using the Shadow Islands, and not all of LoL as a base...sorry about that.
Though, if armor wasn't a factor as well, Elise might count. She DOES feed an awful lot of people to her god...
Then again, most of the fun in this pic is theorizing who the fourth member might someday be, so don't mind me. ^^
I would like to see some more 'heavy metal' characters, at least in the sense of armor and so forth.
