Duplica Harrison barely gets out of the hospital before her Pokémon Trainer skills are called upon to save the day!
Made for the Easter egg contest. I hope I win! But even if I don't, I had fun. Poor Duplica has been really shortchanged in the main series and I loved this chance to address that issue.

Thanks! Yeah, this one popped into my head when I saw the contest's rules last year, so it's definately a side story. It was fun to make, though; Duplica is such a personal fave of mine that I've always wished she'd become a member of the troupe from her first appearance.
Yet I realized when coming up with the plotline of this story she'd been very much a background character in the main Pokemon Future stories...so I tried to correct that a little here and I've got big plans for Mrs. Harrison in the 4th part of the main story (which isn't complete yet at the time of this writing.)

But yeah, Mini-Dit. One of my favorite scenes in the show is when it transforms into a Mini-Onix in Misty's arms.

A very creative story, I liked the Easter theme and all of the transformations/actions... but most of all, to see Duplica married and with Brock no less- wow! Your story is the only besides my own that I've seen that idea played out. Keep up the good work and nice formatting on this... I have some pics of Brock/Duplica if you're interested, I'll send you a link to them here on dA.

I will definately check out your gallery for more Brock/Duplica goodness shortly. I dunno exactly what made me go for that myself; I mentioned in this story the only clue I've got---that Duplica was one of the very few women that Brock DIDN'T hit on. So naturally he ends up with her!
And the fact that I really like Duplica myself might've had something to do with it.
So what made you hook up those two? Anything special or just sounded good like me?
And thanks for your kind words about my story. It was fun to write and I should do more such super-short Pokemon stories.

I had a similar thought to you, he never hit on her and I thought they make a fun couple and no problem about the comment, it's always good to get feedback on something you write. You mention her figure/body at the beginning of the story, that's something I also talk about in my story, though I can't give you all the details because that would be a spoiler! I agree about her roles in the house, she can't keep doing certain ones forever on the stage without being... noticed.

The story itself was cute and quite funny. I particularly loved it when Duplica started impersonating Cueball! I also liked the weaving of an underlying easter theme (egg shaped Pokémon, a rabbit Pokémon, and a chick Pokémon).

No prob. Happiny and its evolved form, Chansey, are walking-talking Easter Eggs. The childrens' party that is crashed also has Torchic (the chick) and Buneary (the Easter Bunny). Hope that fits.
