The drawing is really sketchy and it looks like it's not finished. This is really a downvote for this drawing. I like the eyes and how they glow however you could have putten way more effort in the drawing.
The drawing is frankly really orginal, I like the pose and the angry look.
I love the elf ears, I really got a thing for that.
How ever I like the hair does it bugs me that you see single strokes, hair often works with more shadow and higlights then single strokes. However this is (Ithink) just taste)
My suggestion would be work on the lineart and on the hair.
make sure the drawing looks "finished" not just like a wip.

The biggest issue here is the jaw. If you go back into this drawing, make sure you treat the teeth like individual objects. Use light and medium grays to shade them in.
The goods are that you've got some decent technique, you gave shading your best effort, and the eyes do look like they're glowing a bit. There's much more efficient ways of doing it though.
The bads - that lens flare has to go, and as Angels said - I'd remove the individual strokes from the hair - they're not working. Also, I mentioned the jaw - and I think the nose could use more structure.

Well, the sketchiness is due to the fact that I had only 30 minutes to work on it. (Did this in school, as I've said in the description) I'm also pretty new to digital painting. This is my second piece with a human on it, haha.
I guess it's due to inexperience and time problems. I have brought the file home anyway, so I might be able to improve it a bit.

It isn't so important what i think about it, but it's kind of creepy. I think The real art is from the heart it's touching and beautiful and have message. That's all.
