Being Princess Luna Magic student, Prince Somnus Silverlight (5 years old at the time) had to accompany his teacher to a peace summit to learn the duty of royalty.

So Princess Luna picked the Manebourne peace summit (A week-long affair), usually a quiet summit. During the closing days of the Manebourne peace summit, the anti-royalty radical group decided to try to capture the Princess of the night. As she would have no problem getting away from them alone. She brought her nephew, Prince Somnus Silverlight, with her. Knowing that the Prince would be a huge prize for them and her bonus. Luna started a high stake hide and seeks game with them. If she could get out of the downtown area alive with Somnus in tow. They could escape and return home.
