...whoa. That's near identical; sure, the colors are a little richer and there's a bit of blush, but apart from the credit text, it looks so much the same.
How'd you achieve that?

1st..loose sketch of the anatomy..so as to make sure the pose is somewhere similar to the reference
2nd..do a tight line art based on the sketch (under layer)
3rd..color have to depend on your palette of brushes and your knowledge of the app(painter, PS, OC, etc) u use to draw/color..
of course...b4 getting your hands dirty...study the reference, watch tutorials & loads of practice...
That's all I can think of...after all I am since a noob...hope that answered your question ^__^
