I died looking at this.
Then I used it for a reference. I'm making a manga, and I have it scripted out, now I'm just trying to get the perfect look for my characters.

The wings look more original because there are a greater amount of individual feathers, and they've been spaced so close together, but its a nice amount of detail! The hair ribbon is very nicely drawn too. Eeek, but the cging on the dress! Its so perfectly done, like how you've put shading close to the areas her arms are covering and the really pretty baby blue colour where the lighter area is! The kitty is so cute i just want to rush and hug it
The bg goes really well too, it blends in nicely, i like the illuminating effect it has as well. Great job Kei!

XD Dunno if I ever told you this or not but you have really lovely character designs; you have a real talent for making sweet-looking, innocent little girls :3 I really love her hairstyle; the way it gets all spiky/fluffy toward the ends and that one big part of hair that folds over that cute little ribbon she has ^3^ The hair color is also a really nice choice and the matching eyes are really pretty. Her wings are also very lovely and, once again, I love the transparent feathers

It's so adorable! Your simplistic coloring syle is very efficient, it adds to the 'innocence' of the picture. And the thin, sharp lineart works perfectly on the wings while the rest is so soft. The kitten does look weird -- it's because the head is uneven slightly and the legs wouldn't both be coming off the side of that arm. He'd probably be perched at the crevice of anything holding him up, due to gravity. The slight glow on the feathers is a good touch. Your art style is very admirable, overall the effort put into it is very noticeable.
