Something I drew in Russia few weeks ago..
I just can't draw happy people xD Her eyes are still looking sad T_T wtf..
Anyway, she was supposting to be a maid.. but.. she don't look like one
I made the colors of the clothes so dark and grey and whatever And yes, I tried again another eyes coloring style.
100% mouse inking and coloring. @_@ My tablet have died.
I missed CGing.. <3

*Ahem* Soo you dunno how to draw happy ppl? Well... I think she doesnt really look sad
But to make her look happier, balance the eyes (you can use guidelines or whatv you call them). And perhaps you can also draw them bigger (but I think they're big enough in this pic)

Hey, your art is improving by the second! I actually think this kind of new eye style works great for you, has more depth in it. :3 Let me see, I think the reason why it always looks so sad its because of the shape of your eyes. Notice how your eyes are always lower at the corner? It gives a droopy-effect = Sad Eyes. You should see some really exaggerated anime and take a look at how the artist draws the eyes.
