This Neo is a result of what-if Neo escaped at the end of Sonic Heroes.

After Shadow and Omega repaired him, Shadow gave Neo an option to go back to Eggman or start an actual new start. Neo ended up chose the latter, and he asked Shadow to drop him on Little Planet. After their departure, Neo took the Time Stones and travelled back in time. He then established bussinesses to ease him at collecting resources. He has a racing car company and oftens hosts races to boost his popularity. He also have a hotel franchise. Over time he kinds of taking over the world in celebrity style.
