Redesign of: www.deviantart.com/pastelmango…I like fancy clothing and robots so I combined them : )
Also the colour turquoise is nice. I also used a sort of "omega/ psi" symbol as the majority of his markings
And yes, he's using one of the chaos emeralds as the centre of his bow tie.
