However, i think you're going to have to change this picture for your entry because you can't use weather-altering attacks on Mt.Coronet. The last thing on GBIllustrations's Q&A section is where it says:
Q. Can *insert attack* alter the weather in the blizzard?
A. If it were a normal blizzard, sure, the unrelenting, never ending, Mt. Coronet blizzard, no.
