btw don't ask why the background in the drawing looks different because that was a fail on movie maker

This is...a really poor tracing of a famous fanart piece. :^/ It's better to draw your own art, & more respectful to other artists. Just my 2 cents.

well for 1 if you would clicked on my speed paint i put in the description you would i have seen i referenced it not traced, cause i never trace my art
and for 2 i draw my own art all the time, and if i didn't have respect for other people's are i wouldn't even be on here

Even if you referenced it, I don't see a link to the original in your Artist's Comments. :^\ That's what I have a problem with. Sorry that I didn't have time to view your speedpaint; I probably would have gotten more contextual clues from that. Many people don't like clicking on links outside DeviantArt though, so if you reference the original artist only there, it hides the source from everyone too lazy or paranoid to follow the link. Redundancy isn't a bad thing when it comes to citations. That's all.

Well obvisly you just assumed without even taking a look. Why put the link to the reference when all my fans know that I reference pic's, and know if they click on the speed paint they will see the reference.
And maybe if you would have looked in the first place you would have know. When I told one of my friends what you said (they don't have a DA but I gave them a link to your comment) they even said you can see differences between how I drew it and the pic i referenced from.
Saying I "traced" this without even looking at the link in the description would be like me assuming you stole you're art because they have Dragon ball-Z charictors in them.
And the fact that you said "it's a poor drawing" tells me that you think i'm a bad artist so if you didn't think that maybe you should think about what you're typing and how other people might think of it, cause my friend thought the same thing when they saw your comment
Far as I knew the pic i referenced from wasn't on here cause when I found it, it was on google, and when i clicked on the pic to see if it was on here it sent me to a different website, which told me it wasn't on here (cause I don't like to reference pic's if their on here)

Well, I did apologize for the confusion, so you shouldn't continue attacking me - it's not courteous. The point I made before is that you have to assume that all viewers will not take extra steps to confirm the veracity of a source, so it's up to you to have all that out in the open. I'm a teacher, so this is something I'm used to impressing upon my students - so I'm sorry if I seem a bit preachy!
The fact that I draw in a style that's similar to a famous artist's is not, in & of itself, grounds for an accusation that I copy my art. Art styles are not the same as tracing a pose exactly, or recoloring a character.
When I said that it was a poor drawing, I was merely giving my opinion - that's kind of the point of being on DeviantArt, & if you can't take criticism, well...

It's not that I can't take criticism, but when someone says i draw poorly when I spent an hour or two making something, you better bet i will get mad
I'm not the only one who thinks this cause I know a lot of people that say the same thing,when you draw like a famous artist's it can make other people think you copyed your art and might make some people think you traced cause when i was looking through your art i saw one that me and my friend i've been taking to sence you've left the first comment both agreed does look like it could have been traced
And I know the point of DeviantART is so people can give their opinion's on other's people's art, but it's not to make people fell like their not a good artist. Which is what happens when someone says that "it's a poor drawing"

Why get mad on the Internet? It's not worth it. So with that, I'll give you some good advice & be on my way: You're an artist. Instead of clamming up & getting defensive when your art is criticized, ask yourself what you could do to improve it beyond its current level. That's how we all get better.

Why get mad? If would have heard what I did when I first started to draw, you would get mad too when people leave comments saying your art is "poor". Idk anyone who got when someone instalted their art, everyone I know got better because people told them how they can make it better like adding more color smothing out lines. Not by people saying "this looks so bad and what's with the box head!?" or "horrable" or "this is a poor drawing"
Saying things like that isn't criticizing or helping someone get better that's just being rude
