Description
Here is my first full body figure drawing. I love the different contrast in textures and the pose of the model. It was love at first sight, and I decided to make a drawing of it.I felt like my hard work has been paid off so far. I know it's not perfect and there's always room for improvement. At the same time, I don't want to linger on the same drawing forever. Here is what I came up with with nearly a month of restless nights (besides my day job.)
I named this "Shallow Depth of Feel." It's my pun of the phrase "shallow depth of field." In photography, it's the contrast between focus and out-of-focus objects within the same image so the main subject is emphasize. I use "FEEL" because there is emotion in it. Ironically, it's not that "shallow."
What do you think? Leave me a comment or favorite/like it if you like. Thanks for watching!

Your fold work is really great. It's very intricate and real looking. Your textures, skin, feet, anatomy... absolutely stunning.

This often seem to be the case. That's why my friend and family (like many other people) said that "Artists could starve to death, and only become more famous after their death."
To me, a beautiful of art is a beautiful of art, not because of who or when draw it. If people wait till someone's death then start to like it, then they are just following the herd, and I doubt their knowledge about art.
