Thanks for the compliment, Michelle. Actually, it was quite easy to take these pictures, because the organizers thought I was from the press, and allowed me to go as close as I wanted (or dared). The next day I noticed that my cloth still smelled of smoke from the burning tyres

That explains a little, Keld. But proximity is not the only thing that makes a good photo. Nice work, indeed. And I hope you got the smell out.

That's true Michelle, but compared to shooting birds in flight, I found it quite easy. Btw, I just sold some of the photos to the motor team. They want to use them for future promotion of their show, so that made me quite happy
