Commission from 99a88 that was an extension of my earlier picture seen here: www.deviantart.com/keldorfeign…
Their character Row finally convinced my character Lily to sell her just three more balloons. Just three more couldn't really get her in any more trouble could it? Also, if you were wondering, all the other balloons are tied to the back of Row's Dress (that Ribbon back there) so that's why all the balloon strings just disappear behind her back. It was 99a88 's idea.
