Last year when I went to British Columbia to live for a year, I was practically not at all bundled up during their winter months. Several people and friends there asked me why and I simply responded, "I'm from the Maritimes so cold doesn't affect me as much." I'm pretty much used to really cold temperatures so yeah, I'm somewhat similar to Hitsugaya-taichou! 8D
