Pan layout with overlay for class last year. Cleaned up by hand (with pencil), coloured in Photoshop - I went for a cartoony colouring style because at the time I wasn't familiar enough with digital painting to try colouring it realistically, and it fit the drawing style well enough.Related content

Wow! What a cool little scene. I am tremendously impressed with the detail on the ship! All those lines 0.o I think if I tried to draw something like this my lineart would have just ended up spaghetti and I would have been completely overwhelmed!

It seems though, that if I try to use a ruler, I still get little bumps in the lines from my fingers or they are more perpendicular than parallel. lol
