It’s cute and simple, I like it. and there’s actually some nice details(which I guess kinda sounds funny after saying how simple it is). You made the clouds in the foreground brighter than the ones in the background, which adds clarity. And the frame by frame animation on the wings is nice too, I think other animators doing tweeting animation would have just made one graphic for the wings and just rotate them. That being said, the line weight on the wings is jumpy and changes frame to frame seemingly randomly, and is distracting once you notice it.
