Description
"Obsessions" is an art project that I started working on in summer of 2022. The aim is to celebrate various characters from the media that I (often quickly) took a strong liking to, or celebrate a specific piece of media by portraying a character from it. A liking you may even call...obsessive. As a personal skill challenge I also try to portray the characters as accurate to their original art direction as I can, as well as featuring their name in the style of the logo of where they come from.
The project is mostly done in reverse chronological order. This drawing was made to show my most recent Obsession *at the time*; almost a year has gone by since. However the artworks will continue be numbered in order of creation.

Featuring Charlie Morningstar from Hazbin Hotel (pilot version)! I adore everything about her - design, character, animation, art style, interactions... Suffice to say I am moderately excited to see her in serialized form.
