Thanks for asking! It's copyright the Alberta Government, and I can't give permission. I have a clause that allows me to use work for self promotional purposes. You can probably use it as a personal reference for learning from/playing around, but I'd avoid using it as an animation background (which is what I get alot of requests for).

Ohhh not an animation background. Only for a children's book.
Putting some characters in it to show how to prepare the dining table
and clean the kitchen. It'll be given to remote area schools here.
To be specific to the native tribes who lack in educational materials.
Of course if you would allow it.

Haha...This is like my most fav'd image...never would have thought...but I think that the whimsy and fun really came across well. The different pallette and the warped perspective may add to it too.

Indeed. Even the way you've coloured it matches perfectly with the theme.
Also, great work with the game. I had a look at it and the quality simply amazed me. It honestly looks like professional work. I've taken a crack at flash once or twice and I struggle to get a walking animation let alone an entire game! No doubt it must've taken ages.

Thanks, and it is professional...it's my job and the Game was made for the government to help kids learn about hygine. I didn't handle the programming...I just draw the pictures and have a team that makes it all work, and on this project I had an excellent animator handle the animations...although I do do some myself.

It must be amazing to be able to do art for a living... Though no doubt it would take years of practice and training to be able to get to that level.

It's property of the Alberta Government. I'm no copyright expert but as long as you arn't passing the work off as your own and using it as an example then you should be fine.
