This is the first render of my first model ! He work totaly ! *^*I am so glad to show you. :3
Model is :
Kelly Johnson the daughter of an Umbrella scientific, she is 19 years old and she appear in my French fiction on my blog ([link] ) .

I don't think you can claim copyright on this model For starters, your using models that belong to Capcom for most of it, Jill sherry etc etc

Yeah sure, the character may be, but not the model. So you can't claim copyright on the model as you didn't create any of it, only taking models created by game companies, which is why you can't claim it.

Oh, I see. But I think it's half mine and half not, because I have separated the parts for the combining and the retexturing with my hands... I really don't know what answe... ^^'

The combining and retexturing still doesn't make it half yours. It's still using models created by capcom. They own those models. I mean, that is Jill's face. Sherry's jacket. They created it. They own it. If you was to claim it as your own, you could get in alot of trouble from them.
To really say it's yours, you need to create the model 100% by yourself not using model parts from video games. Create the hair, the eyes, the face the clothes. Everything needs to be created from start till finish.
