I'm aware this is a mesh model representing you. This is well done!
But I know I've seen the face of this video game character (which you used as a base) somewhere, but I just can't nail it. It can't be Julia Voth's Jill Valentine. Is it Claire Redfield with makeup?

It's not a meshmod for represent me, it's a fanmod of Excella Gionne, that is pretty old in fact ! :3

But did you make the makeup? Is it difficult to create believable makeup on textures?

How do you add makeup to textures? Which brushes do you use? I couldn't find any good tutorial on Google, I mostly found tutorials on how to apply makeup in real life.

Apply it with Paint Tool Sai, and the basic brushes, can add some tutorial later. Or you can also give a look at the tutorial by Emmie-Pendleton : Basic Make Up Tutorial For 3D Models , that explain pretty well how to do it with photoshop. :3
