She had mutagen experimentation done on her for a couple weeks till she was labeled a failure and disposed of in a dumpster, nearly dead. Splinter found her while on a supply run topside and brought her back to the lair where she has lived ever since.

Weapon: Traditional steal tipped escrima sticks and shuriken [throwing stars]

Side Note: she doesn't get sick and is almost impervious to temperature change [not always a good thing]
