Description
So, rather than upload a bunch of stuff, I decided to just compile what I've uploaded on tumblr. Most of these are pretty old (to me) by now; the only truly recent drawing being the alligator.
And there's two things I want to note:

According to Long-Forgotten, it seems that posing with a book was a tradition for portraits of wealthy young girls -- it suggested a good education. Though the way you make her clutch it, I think April's would be more of a diary. Unless it's a book she's had since she was very young ?

Your Hitchhiking Ghost art will always be my fave; but the way you portray the Ghost Host is a close second.

Man, I loved seeing these on Tumblr! They're all just so great.
And this reminded me, sorta - I'm warming up to the guy in the upper left being the Ghost Host. I'm still trying to imagine that deep voice coming out of somebody so skinny; I feel like it would be a higher, scratchier voice, and maybe it is. Maybe he was a talented voice actor when he was alive.

Yeah, when I first saw that he was supposed to be the Ghost Host's actual form, I was quite put off. I, too, couldn't imagine Paul Frees' voice attached to him. Heck, even now I still find the connection a bit jarring (though drawing him again and again while listening to the narration on my ipod certainly helped). But the more I thought about it, the more I decided that I actually...kinda like that. I kinda like that he has this deep, rich voice that you would expect from a classier gent but in actuality he's just this scraggly, disheveled guy. In the world of headcanon, I like to think that this has something to do with him remaining invisible to mortals.

That makes sense. I guess I always figured GH was Master Gracey hanging up in the rafters, but then it's a little more confusing with the portrait having hair, skin, and a full suit. Most likely, they're separate incidents (which you've drawn already

Whatever's more inspiring. I personally just get a little booty-bothered when I deviate too far from canon, so that's the main reason why I started portraying the GH and the Hatchet Man/Hangman as being one in the same as opposed to anyone else. Now I've just grown attached to him. And, y'know, it's funny that you bring up Frollo, because that's exactly who came to mind when I tried to mentally adjust the GH's voice to his appearance.
Ah, yes, it's the one about youngsters making out in their doombuggies, right? It's probably due to tumblr; a lot of people seemed to enjoy the joke. That was actually one of the few old jokes I made that I still like. Though I'm kinda sad 'cause the art is yuck.

Now that I went back and listened to the DL ridethrough again, I actually kind of imagine him having Frollo's reserved demeanor (as a cover-up, obviously), at least if he were visible. Just a sly smirk most of the time, but occasional bits of crazy ("No flash pictures!!!...Please."). And it's really growing on me now!

I've seen Cohee's design everywhere. It's a cute and fun take on the trio's hitchhiking poses. I like your take on the design just as well.
