Hahah...you're going to be let down He doesn't play a big role in /this/ particular mission, but I have a plan on cameo'ing him in every mission this team participates in

Yup, he's a background character It's actually a funny story I'll tell you- instead of having Revan as Killian's partner, I was going to have this BA Pikachu (named Garth) be his partner. After character development, though, I felt the best match for Killian would be a sweet Umbreon rather than such a harsh Pikachu.
