Description
The Nura [ヌラ] clan or "Dual" clan is located strictly in Konohagakure in the Land of Fire. The Nura are best represented by the moon as by having various "phases." Clansmen are known for their heterochromia (two different eye colors), which fall back on their notions of duality. Members are rather reserved, impassive, and aloof - though there are members that show just the opposite side of the spectrum as emotional, spontaneous, and well-known. The clan is considered a "hidden gem" within Konoha because it's not very well-known and very small, only being comprised of a few families. Techniques of this clan include Space-Time Ninjutsu which was brought to public appeal by the Fourth Hokage and his mastery of the techniques. Because of this, the clan has experienced more and more attempts of thievery pertaining to their clan's scrolls. Their techniques are difficult to master but when one does accomplish this, they are considered incredibly desirable - recruiting most members to the covert ops divisions of the village such as ANBU.
