Check out the first few pages in Death Note Manga Vol. 2 when he's first introduced. He has 'em. After that they migrate back into this hairline. They hates the light! *vampire hiss*

The only deathnote manga i own has lots of L but his hair is covering his forehead so i got kind of confused.
i was also told mello doesn't have eyebrows either.
Is that true?
