Description These brushes were made using various html5 bezier drawing web applications, Divvr and Open Rise's Flower Power Lab. Where else can you see examples of HTML in action? Why DA Muro , of course!

And just what is html5? So glad you asked!! HTML5 is a language for structuring and presenting content for the World Wide Web. It is the latest revision of the HTML standard which was created in 1990. Its core aims have been to improve the language with support for the latest multimedia while keeping it easily readable by humans and consistently understood by computers and devices. In non techonese, it means the directions your browser reads when deciding how to show you text and graphics.

Why should you care?? Because it's damn cool and you can make some cool artwork!! You can even make your own html5 drawing canvas! Think of all the points you'll rake in charging for new brushes lol. Check out this off-DA tut on how to make one from IBM..

Please post a linkback if you use these brushes or drop a note. Thanks!

As always thank you for all your work. on these. I'll certainly look into the html canvas thing too!

But, I'm thinking of what you've said in regards to the EULA on Yahoo! Sitebuilder. It specifies you shall not use their web site building software to: operate a nuclear facility, run an air traffic control system, use it for ship navigation, or to run a weapons system.

Dang it!

Oh well, now I know I can do something else other than run an aircraft carrier with it!
(or just build a website)

You know, I'm not sure if html5 will make nuclear weapons but I'm sure if it can, it will no longer be free on DA to use. Probably have to buy points then to use it

LOL This is true, I wonder how many points it would take? Lets see, to run an air craft carrier might take 100,000 points, and to build a nuclear weapon would be about a million points!

But, I'm sure there will be a freeware html5 nuclear weapons software out there somewhere! And if not, I'm sure it'll show up on the file sharing networks!
