This is a type of wild wolf known as an "Honor Dog" that my brother created for the story he's writing. They're AWESOME. * u*
Material about them is classified so I'm not allowed to say too much, but they have been known to rescue lost children from the forests, which is what I decided to draw here. >u<

You can buy both SAI and opencanvas online, and I'm sure you can find Photoshop Elements 6 (or any old version really) for fairly cheap somewhere. c:
