I noticed this was quite useful for several things so I thought I'd share it with the dA community.Feel free to look at my gallery if you liked this.

Thanks, I agree! I get very happy when it rains. There are several areas suffering from the lack of water so I think people should definitely appreciate the occasional storm!

Thank you! With a slight blur and a blending style such as Screen or Colour Dodge it would also make a nice touch to a photo.
