Here is the eletric type eeveeultion Jolteon. Tbh, this is my least favorite of the pokemon. It's not very strong in competition battles and all Joleton has it speed. The design is a bit plain too, but the eeveeultions would never be completed without our speed demon.

Bio: Was an Eevee that was from an abusive trainer, until Thistle decided to disobey her trainer and shocked them until the pokeball broke. She remembers the trainer had a giant red "R" on a black shirt. Now Thistle lives happily in the wild, avoiding all trainers at all costs.
