I was also more than happy with the name ametty suggested for him and feel like it suits him so I kept it. Thank you too~

I've got a bit of his story to flesh out but he was held by a king to grant his wishes-he's a water genie of some sort. One day a thief raided the castle and stole the vessel he was in without knowing he was more than a shiny trinket. This thief later set him free after having his wishes granted and now he roams and pretends to be one of the common people. He's very much a brat, but cares a lot for those who are poor or suffering, and will often help them from a distance or grant their earnest wishes.
