Maybe playing with the line of action would help? Like, you want a strong, simple line (like in the below link, the drawing with the shovel) and you almost have it but the neck and head don't continue the curve that you've made along their backs.
Perhaps also tweaking the center arms-- they need to be more foreshortened, the elbows tucked back I think. It's a really tough angle to draw, anyways
