Just made not one, but two Cuphead OCs! Meet Sheriff Randa the chameleon and her husband Deputy Blake Rattles the rattlesnake. They are secretly leaders of a group of vigilantes called Soul Savers. That means they are enemies to the Devil. They are also friends with Cuphead and Mugman.
