Shiloh is a lovely lady armadillo. She is part native American, part Eastern European. She lives near the Mojave desert in the west. She is currently 24 years old. Her cup size is D. She is skilled with a revolver. She can burrow underground, roll up in a ball and kick some butt. She is fast, but her physical combat skills are weak. She's very smart. However, she can be a little reckless and impulsive. She is generally a nice gal, but she does have a bit of a hot temper at times. Her favorite hobbies include practicing her shooting skills, napping, drinking root beer and horseback riding. She dislikes the sound of whistles; they hurt her ears. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty, unlike some other local girls. She also hates the smell of tobacco smoke. She will sometimes put her hair in a ponytail. She likes gold and the color of yellow. She is a Sly Cooper OC; specifically Toothpick's American cousin. She became quick friends with Audrey. She and Audrey are the only people Toothpick doesn't yell at or threaten. Shiloh managed to get back to the present time while her cousin remained in the past (literally). After the events of Thieves In Time, she returned to America. She recently graduated from college with an associate's degree. She still stays in contact with Audrey, the Cooper Gang and Carmelita Fox. She secretly hates Le Paradox; she only volunteered to go with her cousin so she could do something new.
