I'd have to disagree with the statement. It's not that we all die someday, it's how we live our lives with the already lack of choices and then having someone else decide for us how we die... that there is the crime, the robbing of the single ability that is the closest thing we have to a true choice.
As for the illustration itself, I love the line art and style with the coloring. :3

While I'm not very good a criticizing work, I really love this art style and the colours - I'm kind of a sucker for the faded colours and sort of disheveled look.
