Not too shabby, actually. The only problem area that really jumps out at me are the feet; they have a sort of...flat feeling and don't quite look like they belong on the end of her legs.
The gag is nice, but could use a bit of work as well. What it needs is some bulk of it's own, as you've given her clothes.
