it didnt turn out the way i wanted, but i still liek it That IS water inside the light bulb, below is an explanation of how i did it/how to do it.

"HOW TO GET WATER IN A LIGHT BULB"

1st: get a light bulb
2nd: get a screw driver or object with a fine point tip
3rd: fill some sort of tub with water (sink, bath, bucket, etc.)
4th: hold bulb under water
5th: hit bulb with fine point tip object until hole is made
(it didnt break fro me so hopefully it wont for you.. if you try it)
6th: fill light bulb with small stream of water from a faucet
7th: Voila!!!! take a bow
